BCAA capsules containing the three branched-chain amino acids valine, leucine and isoleucine in naturally occurring free form. BCAA (Branched Chain Amino Acids), or branched-chain amino acids comprise the three essential amino acids leucine, isoleucine and valine. Unlike the other amino acids, BCAAs are metabolized directly into muscle cells and not in the liver. The body requires them to synthesize during large strain, eg during exercise, lose amino acids glutamine and alanine again and thus have a catabolic, which means avoiding eiweißabbauenden state.
Directions for use:
4 capsules before workout and 4 capsules after training, consume with plenty of liquid.
